Reservation

How to book ?

You can book by email, phone or directly on the website.

How can I check that my reservation has been registered ?

A confirmation e-mail is systematically sent.

Is the campsite VACAF approved ?

No.

Can I pay for my stay by ANCV cheque ?

We accept ANCV cheques as well as ANCV connect.

Changing my booking

How can I change my stay ?

You can change your booking by e-mail or by post.

What are the conditions of modification ?

No particular conditions.

Cancelling my booking

How can I cancel my stay ?

You can cancel your reservation by mail or by registered mail.

What are the cancellation conditions ?

If the cancellation guarantee is taken out, the sums paid are reimbursed in full (except for the guarantee fee and the booking fee).

Without subscription to the guarantee:

  • Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: for rentals, the balance is retained by the campsite. For pitches, only the deposit remains with the campsite.
  • Cancellation more than 30 days: only the deposit remains with the campsite.

During my stay

Is there any entertainment throughout the season ?

The animations take place during the high season only.

Is it possible to rent bicycles ?

Yes, it is possible to rent bicycles nearby.

What are the opening hours of the swimming pool ?

The pool is open from 10am to 7pm.

The children

From what age are children looked after by the activity leaders ?

The mini club is open to children from the age of 4 to 10.

Are babies and children counted in the number of people for the accommodation ?

Yes, all people (babies, children) are counted in the number of people for the accommodation.

Animals

Can I bring my pet ?

Yes, pets are accepted with a supplement of 4.50€/day per pet.

What are the opening dates of the campsite ?

The campsite is open from 30/03 to 30/09.

At what time can I arrive ?

Arrivals are guaranteed from 4pm.

Will I have to pay a deposit during my stay ?

You will be asked for two deposits on arrival: one of 300€ to guarantee the equipment and a second between 80 and 120€ to guarantee the cleaning.

Is the cleaning at the end of my stay included in my booking ?

No, but it can be booked as an extra (kitchen not included).

Are the rentals equipped with air conditioning and heating ?

All rentals are equipped with heating. Only Palau and Fiji Comfort are equipped with air conditioning.

Are the rentals equipped with blankets ?

The rentals are equipped with duvets and pillows.

Can I access the water park without staying at the campsite ?

No, the swimming pool is exclusively reserved for campsite guests.
