Located along the Cayenne channel, between marshes and oyster-farmers’ huts, the Oyster City opens the doors to the world of oyster farming. Find yourself at the heart of a profession, a territory and an exceptional natural environment.
You will discover original animations on the theme of the tides, of the oyster farmer’s job, of the marsh, you will be able to initiate yourself to the opening of oysters or to visit the oyster farm.
