Pitch
- Very scenic offering plots of 90 to 120m² and 120m² plus.
- The trees, hedges, plants, flowers and lawn are maintained by the campsite but you are free to plant flowers on your plot.
- Contracts are issued every year in December.
The campsite is open from 1st April until 11 November, outside of this period all facilities are closed, the winter period is free. Bills are issued twice yearly, 50% to be paid on 1st January and the balance on the 1st June each year.
Extra : local tourist tax (33 € subject to the decisions of town council of la Brée les Bains)

Mobile home
- We have different makes on offer : Trigano, Irm, O'Hara : new ranges, residential or rental.
Our 2 to 8 berth second hand models are displayed at our Antioche d’Oléron site: those in stock are sold with fittings. The campsite can sell you awnings and terraces etc according to your needs.
- Finance : Crédit mutual offers 5 to 7 year plans according to the model, Créfidis can help with the purchase of terraces, awnings, etc…

Son utilisation
- The choice available to you, to your children and your grand children, from April to 11 November and from May to September are heated swimming pools, spa, jacuzzi and a playground. From July to August, takeaway meals and snacks. Direct access to the beach 150m away and daily market 500 metres away from April to October.
